I am (still) actively preparing a new podcast series reviving my DIY Somatic Adventurer self-help suggestions for working with, rather than against, our biology during challenging times.
This is a project that has been in hibernation and hidden in the background for 10 years while I’ve been studying and working more directly within the traumatic stress reduction field as an SE Practitioner, Consultant and training assistant to various professional trainings and programs around the world.
I’ve always intended to return to sharing these Applied Human Ecology and Somatic Experiencing informed self-care practices for stressful times. I’ve been collecting and experimenting with these for years and have lots to share plus lots of people I want to introduce you to who can help you differently than I can.
